Free shipping to USA & UK on following product categories: Lamp shades, Cushions, Jewelry Boxes. Duties for US are included.
Fabric
Where fabric is in stock, orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days. Unless requested, fabric will be supplied in one continuous piece on a roll.
Where fabric is not in stock, orders are woven to order with a lead time of 4-6 weeks.
For UK orders we use either DHL or Fedex next day delivery service.
For international orders we use either DHL or Fedex 3-5 day service.

Stocked products/ready made
Typically dispatched within 2 working days.

Furniture and bespoke items
Our furniture has a lead time of 4-10 weeks, depending on the availability of the fabric. Where fabric is in stock, lead time will be 4 weeks from confirmation of order.
Once complete, orders dispatch within 2 working days, we will be in touch to arrange the delivery with you.
For UK orders we use either DHL or Fedex next day delivery service, or white glove delivery.
For international orders we use either DHL or Fedex 3-5 day service.
For larger orders we use a crate service and will provide a quote for you before confirming the order.
- We aim to contact customers directly where we cannot meet the above dispatch times.
- We are no responsible for delays caused directly by couriers.
- Should there be an issue with your delivery, please let us know as soon as possible, so we are able to make every effort to recover the consignment.
- If a replacement has to be sent, this will be sent using the original delivery method.
- Where items are made to order, we will do our best to replace the item as quickly as possible.
