Fabric
Where fabric is in stock, orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days. Unless requested, fabric will be supplied in one continuous piece on a roll.
Where fabric is not in stock, orders are woven to order with a lead time of 4-6 weeks.
For UK orders we use either DHL or Fedex next day delivery service.
For international orders we use either DHL or Fedex 3-5 day service.

Stocked products/ready made
Typically dispatched within 2 working days, once completed.
For UK orders we use either DHL, Fedex or Royal Mail next day delivery service. Tracking will be provided.
For international orders we use either DHL or Fedex 3-5 day service.

Furniture and bespoke items
Our furniture has a lead time of 4-10 weeks, depending on the availability of the fabric. We will provide you with an estimated lead time, to the best of our abilities and with the knowledge available, once your order is confirmed. Please note, all lead times are estimates. Where circumstances fall outside of our control we withhold the right to extend lead times where necessary, we will not be able to accept refunds in this instance.
Once complete, orders dispatch within 2 working days, we will be in touch to arrange the delivery with you.

For international orders we use either DHL or Fedex 3-5 day service.
For larger orders we use a crate service and will provide a quote for you before confirming the order.
- We aim to contact customers directly where we cannot meet the above dispatch times.
- We are no responsible for delays caused directly by couriers.
- Should there be an issue with your delivery, please let us know as soon as possible, so we are able to make every effort to recover the consignment.
- If a replacement has to be sent, this will be sent using the original delivery method.
- Where items are made to order, we will do our best to replace the item as quickly as possible.
