Refund policy

Bespoke and made to order products, including fabric.

Bespoke orders cannot be be cancelled nor refunded. This is inclusive of fabric, as once cut to your desired length, it is considered a bespoke order. We always recommend ordering a sample before purchase.

Goods should be unpacked and inspected immediately upon delivery. If there is a discrepancy or the goods are damaged or faulty in any way you should advise CC Moulton in writing within 3 days of delivery, otherwise no claim can be made. CC Moulton are not responsible for any goods which have been ordered in error.

 

Ready made/in stock products

The client can change their mind within 14 days and receive a full refund. These rights, fall under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. All postage and return costs must be covered by the customer. Please get in touch as soon as possible to request the relevant information and return address. 

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging in a resalable condition.

 

Despite the client's right cancel set out above, consumers do not have a right to change their mind in respect of:

  • any Item(s) which are made to order and/or have been personalised.

  • any fabric which has been cut.

We offer a complimentary 24 hours cooling off period for bespoke items, after which a refund will not be guaranteed or may be subject to a 20% cancellation charge.

Cancellation requests for cut length fabric orders will be subject to a 20% re-stock fee.
